Samir Anabi, MD
Languages Spoken: English, Spanish, ArabicDr. Samir Anabi has been serving the Pomona community since 1998. Dr. Anabi completed his undergraduate degree in Biology and Psychology at Manhattan College in New York. He then attended The Universidad Central Del Este-Facultad De Medicina in the Dominican Republic where he completed his Medical Degree in 1986.
After completing his Residency in Internal Medicine at the University of Arizona, Tucson Medical Center in 1996. Dr. Anabi went on to practice Internal Medicine in Tucson, Arizona for two years prior to starting his own practice, Anabi Medical, in Pomona, Ca in 1998. Dr. Anabi is proud to serve this community for the past 25 years.
Dr. Anabi’s passion for patient care has led him to serve as Medical Director for many of our local Skilled Nursing facilities and Hospice companies over the years. He has also served as the Chief of Medicine at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center. Currently Dr. Anabi is the hospitalist for Optum/ Health Care Partners at Pomona Valley Hospital Medical Center.
When Dr. Anabi is not providing medical care at the office he enjoys spending time with his family, going to the gym and attending sporting events.
